Role
of TDF in implementing the Projects
|
| |
- Make available the funds to the municipalities
in the form of loan with an interest rate of 8%
per annum and a 12-15 year repayment period including
a grace period of 3 years.
- Support 9 participating municipalities in programme
component C i.e. Supplementary urban facilities
- Canalize fund to Dhadhingbesi for all sub components
of component B and C under the project in the
form of loan instead of directly from the ministry
of Finance under the subsidiary loan agreement,
provided that TDF will not start its onlending
for any of the subprojects in Dhadingbesi under
both components B and C until a municipality has
formally been established.
