TOR of Urban Environment Expert:

The ‘Urban Environment Expert’ has to work in TDF office especially focusing on Small Towns Water Supply and Sanitation Sector Programme (STWSSSP) & Urban Environment Improvement Programme (UEIP) under the terms and conditions of TDF, and advice & support management in the following areas:
- Work under the Technical Section of TDF and mobilize the experts/staffs within the team specified by TDF management.
- Prepare the 'Plan of Operation' for the projects registered in TDF and mobilize the concerned team for its implementation.
- Coordinate with concerned Consulting Firms to ensure the technical/design quality standard of the projects.
- Prepare/review the 'Technical Appraisal Report' of the projects and suggest/recommend for necessary considerations to the management.
- Suggest management for selecting proper consultants for project study and supervision under the terms, conditions and policies of TDF.
- Prepare necessary 'TOR' for consultants for making study of the projects concerned to his/her field; and prepare the 'Study Appraisal Report' for necessary approval from higher level.
- Make necessary arrangements for the agreements of TDF with the clients & the consultants.
- Provide technical inputs & suggestions for the concerned projects during study, design and construction.
- Provide necessary suggestions and feedback as requested by the TDF management in the areas of his/her expertise.
