TOR of Finance Expert :

The ‘Finance Expert’ has to work in TDF office for various programmes/projects under the terms and conditions of TDF and advice & support TDF management in the following areas:
- Appraisal of the projects received by TDF from financial perspective.
- Review the financial analysis of the projects and recommend the appropriate interest rates, loan/grant composition, grace periods, maturity periods etc as per the corresponding policy of TDF.
- Propose the risk mitigation measures to be adopted for managing the possible financial risks on the projects.
- Work as a financial expert/member of the 'Project Appraisal Team' of the TDF.
- Prepare the ‘ Loan Repayment Schedule’ for the clients as per the terms and conditions agreed upon between donors, GoN, TDF and the clients; and suggest the management accordingly.
- Make an assessment of the revenue situation of the clients from time to time.
- Involve in the preparation of the investment programmes through donors, GoN or other partners and provide necessary suggestions on financial aspects.
