TOR of Civil Engineers:

|
‘Civil Engineers’ have to work in TDF office for various programmes and projects under the terms and conditions of TDF, and advice & support management in the following areas:
- Coordinate with clients and make necessary follow up & visit to receive information related to the projects applied by them.
- Prepare necessary TOR for the consultants to make study of the projects and also for making necessary supervision works.
- Work as a team member of the Project Appraisal Team and provide technical suggestions as necessary.
- Mobilize the consultants for maintaining their work schedule; and also make necessary follow up.
- Support TDF management and staffs for necessary procurement of services for the consultants and prepare necessary agreement papers/documents as per the instruction of the management.
- Prepare the ‘Construction Monitoring Schedule’for making the monitoring of the projects under construction and support TDF/clients for maintaining the schedule.
- Support TDF for ensuring the quality of the construction works as per its design standard.
- Suggest /recommend the TDF management about the variation of time & cost of the projects under construction within the agreed terms and conditions.
- Perform other necessary functions as directed by the TDF management.
