Remuneration, Terms and Methods of Payment
TDF will be paid out of the German Financial
Contribution funds dedicated to the District
Health Project. The parties of this agreement
agree on the following terms and conditions:
Service Charges:
In
return for the above mentioned technical support
provided by TDF for the implementation of the
project, TDF will receive service charges at
a rate of
-
15 % of the total payment to the local consultants
for design/detailed engineering and for supervision
as well as
-
5 % of the total payment for construction
works
Cost of publishing notices:
The
cost incurred to TDF in the publication of notices
in newspapers pertaining to the invitation of
proposals from consultants and of tenders from
contractors will be reimbursed.
TDF will withdraw the service charges and the
cost for publishing notices from the project
sub-account of the disposition fund bi-annually
in accordance with progress of the project.
